  • Pilates is a Mind-Body method of Core strengthening exercises created by Joseph Pilates for core and muscle strength, and correcting postural issues.  His method called Contrology, was used to rehab injured soldiers during World War I. He designed all the Pilates Equipment: Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels with his exercises including his famous Mat work. 
  • When Joseph Pilates came to New York, dance and Broadway companies, performers, dancers, actors, and people with various injuries came to him.  He fixed so many people using his Pilates exercises.
  • Pilates is well known for being safe and effective at resolving lower-back issues, strengthening injured joints and muscles, and injury prevention. Pilates is unique because no other method teaches you how to control your body using the mind-body connection.  
  • Pilates is often used in conjunction with Physical Therapy for resolving injuries and athletic training.  As an experienced Pilates instructor I am qualified to work closely with Physical Therapists and medical professionals. Nothing compares to Pilates!


  • Good news! No prior experience is required. Mat Pilates and Pilates on the Reformer is safe, easy, and fun. I will break down everything for you so you will get it. In your first session. I will take you through the basics step by step  - you will feel your core working, your posture re-aligning and your muscles strengthening. 
  • You'll be amazed how quickly you catch on!  When my new clients feel their core working, they feel so empowered! 
  • All levels welcome from beginner to seasoned Pilates student,  try at least 5-6 times and you will feel the difference!


  • Not to worry! I can provide online training unique for your goals from the convenience of your home or office. For those who don't have access to Pilates Equipment, I can train you using readily available small props to enhance core training, muscle strength, and postural alignment. 
  • For those who have Pilates equipment, I will guide you through your Pilates program on the Reformer, Chair, and Cadillac from the convenience of your home or studio. There are no limits!
